Templates: How to Set up Forms (Admin only)


As an administrator, you can Create & Edit Forms by going to the Main Menu-->Admin-->Set up-->Templates-->Forms.

First, define the Categories. To add a category, click on the cog wheel and hit the plus icon.

Name the category, for example “Inspections”. You can add as many categories as applies to your Forms. Click on “X” to exit this window.

  • To add a new form, click on “Add a Form” button. Name the Form, for example “Pre-construction”, select a category from the drop down menu, in our case we already created the “Inspections” category.
  • Fill in the information that you would like to see displayed in the form. You can create Tables, Insert images, and simply edit text. When satisfied with the content, click on "Save" button.
  • To delete a form, click on “Delete” button located at the bottom left corner of the page.

  • To edit the new form click on the “Edit” button.
