1. Select the Property of interest.
2. To share access to the property via a QR code, click on the QR code and let the person of interest scan it with their device, alternatively, you can share the link by copying it and sending or via an email if you click on the share via email button.
3. When the guest user clicks on the link or scans the QR code, they will see a blank page with an option to Request Access to the property. They should click on “Request Access” button, that in turn, will send you a notification with information on the user that is requesting access to your property (look under notifications - bell icon on the to right corner of the page).
4. To grant access, go to the Property Access icon on the right-hand side of the property page (Note the number of users requesting access in the green circle) and click on “Grant Access” under Permission.
In the same window, adjust User Role and select all the permissions that apply.
