How to set up Time Sheet Templates


As an administrator, you can set up Time Sheet Templates by going to the Main Menu-->Admin Tab-->Set up-->Templates-->Time Sheets.

First, select the time sheet type, for example “Clock Out.”

To add a new Template, click on “Add a Sheet” button and give it a name.

Type in the message, that the staff will see when they Clock Out of a task or a project.

For example: a checklist before leaving a site.

When satisfied with the content, click on Save button.

You can similarly create a "Clock in" Time Sheet template.
