Heat Map Pin Features Explained


Click on a map pin and in the pop-up window you can see the name of the site, its profile image and a range of colored circles in the header, depending on the activity on this site.

The color coding in the header corresponds to the one found under heat map filters and will give you a quick assessment of the activity on this site.

For example, an orange circle with a number indicates that there is an active user or multiple active users on the site. By clicking on it you will see the name of the user and whether they are clocked in.

Brown circle indicates Inspections on the site and their number, as well as their status. Hover over each and you can see the inspection categories/drivers and their status. To quickly access one of the inspections, simply left-click on it and a new window will open with the Inspection.

Purple circle- indicates a task that awaits feedback on the site; To quickly access this task just left click on it.

Pink circle- indicates tasks with issues and light blue shows a quick summary of all the latest updates on this site.

On the right side of the map pin window, you will notice 4 more icons:

  • The crossed arrow icon allows to move the pin on the map. To do so, click on the icon, move the pin and click on the lock icon to lock its positions on the map.
  • The aim icon allows to center your view on this pin. To do so, just left click on it.
  • The navigation arrow icon allows to access directions to the site.

And Lastly, to close this window, click on “X” button.
