Maintain Records




In order to store your documents within TracFax--> Select the menu key--> Select "My Properties." Select the property that you wish to store your documents to.  

Within the property you will see a "Records" tab.  You can add document, media, manuals, set yourself up for reminders, upload warranties (project or appliance warranty) and emergency plans.

To upload documents for documents, media, emergency plans or manuals within the records tab--> Select--> Documents, Media or Manuals, upload documents by clicking and dragging or by attaching the files.

To set yourself up for a reminder--> Type in the reminder and select a date.

To input a warranty--> Select a project or appliance warranty and type in the requested information.
