Maintain Open Projects




Maintaining your open projects is imperative.  You must respond to service provider messages, extend bid deadlines if applicable and adding or removing service providers.

To view the project select the menu icon--> Select, "My projects." Once you are here you will notice the title of the project, status of the project, who has been invited, who has accepted the project, how many bids that you have received, the created date, and the bid deadline.  Once you select the project you will be able to view the specifications of the project, how many bids that have been placed, who has been invited, view the contract, any budgets that you have set as well as the activity reporting, which is before and after photos of the project submitted by the service provider.   

To add additional contractors to your open project--> Select, "Bids." Select, "Invite Service Provider," type in the email address and select "Invite." 

To extend the bid deadline--> You must do this within the Bids tab.  Once you are within the tab select extend located right next to the service providers profile.

To remove the contractor from the project--> Select the Bids tab, select "Remove" where the contractors have been added.

To respond to the service provider messages--> Select the mail icon located on the top of the page, each message will have a headline of which project the contractor is referring to.
