Inspection Templates



Inspection templates can be used for inspecting  many of the buildings that you manage, from exterior to interior. Once you create a template you can now use the same template year after to year to do your yearly inspections.

To create an inspection template--> Select the main menu--> Select "Admin."--> Select "Inspection Templates." To create a template select the plus sign located on the right side of the page.  You can also use preexisting templates that we have created for you. Once you have created or selected an existing template, you can now name the template.  You can now restrict the template to certain properties and add item conditions and categories. Select--> "Save Template," once you are done.
