Improve your Project Matching

As part of our project matching engine, we monitor which bid requests you respond to and how often, and whether you submit bids on projects you have accepted. Frequently accepting bid requests and submitting bids for those requests increases the number of future bid requests you will receive. Letting a project expire without taking action reduces your response score so make sure you accept or decline any projects sent to you. When you are busy or out of town, you can turn bid requests off from the settings page. If you find that you are declining a lot of projects you may need to adjust your profile to only get projects you are interested in accepting.

What does this mean for me?
The higher your response score, the more likely you will be matched to new projects. Don't worry if your score isn't perfect. This score can be a valuable tool for you to make sure your profile is setup correctly to receive the projects you want.
